  Owner failed to call or show up for the first appointment. Finally showed up for the second appointment. Long story short, as others have stated, unprofessional, doesn't know the local city permit requirement, makes a bid for the job cause he wants the job, then sends an email stating he can't do the job. Basically, a total flake!!! Don't waste your time with this undependable, "flakey" company...
